It tasted good, was moist and sweet - perhaps too sweet. I jigged around with a recipe I came across, using honey. There were no big air bubbles inside, which was disappointing. I probably needed to activate the yeast longer and let the dough rise longer.
What kind of rising time do give to your no knead bread?

I'm more of a "no knead bread" baker myself, which feels lazy to admit. =P
