That's a beautiful quote of Our Lord JesusChrist. I have that book; am saving it in the hopes my children (only 2, alas), will one day desire to read it. Do you believe they are 'authentic' messages to Miss Gabrielle Bossis, by the way? They do seem to be authentic to me. God bless and Jesus, Mary and Joseph bless and love you and ALL yr loved-ones.
Yes, rosaMaria, it is a wonderful book - a spiritual treasure. It never ceases to feed, does it?
I believe they are authentic, both in terms of orthodoxy (no heresy) and that they are from Christ-in-Miss-Gabrielle-Bossis. They are not messages in the same sense as the messages of Our Lady of Fatima, for instance, and I guess they could be called locutions.
But I believe they are authentically the voice of Jesus Christ - as in it really was Christ speaking those words to Gabrielle Bossis, and not just the voice of Christ as imagined by her. They are an aspect of his mercy reaching out to the small, first by conversation with his small one Gabrielle.
