I was about to say "Mushrooms are among my very favourite things", but these are clearly acorns, now that I pay attention. I like acorns, too, but they don't get into my cooking much.
Hey, if we were living - what, how many centuries ago? - they would be in our diet more regularly than mushrooms! I would like to get into mushrooms more than I do.
