Thank you kindly RoseMaria. :)

Are any of your Dad's paintings online?

You're very welcome. No, they are not. Most of his paintings were destroyed in a fire in July 4th, 2009 and the remaining paintings have been given as gifts to his four grandchildren, my sister's and my children, who are the very happy recipients. My Dad passed-away on April 15th, 2011 and he is lovingly remembered. In my mind's eye I still remember some of his other paintings. Most were landscapes painted in oil. He also drew caricatures in a "unique" style which was very delightful. Thanks very much for the idea, though! I've also sent some of your drawings to one of my daughters. She appreciated them. God bless you and all your future artistic endeavors.

Thank you again Rosa Maria, for sending some of my drawings to your daughter and for the good wishes.

Sounds like your Dad was quite prolific. Your remembering some of his paintings in your mind's eye, though the paintings are gone, reminds me of something I like to think about: how all the works of art in all the world are going to be burned up at the end of all time - but the eternal words those images spoke will remain, however which way they may have served in the salvation of souls. The artist has a responsibility, a serious one.

That's a beautiful thought, it seems eschatological and I do believe it is true, that will happen at the end of all time. Thanks for your inspiring thoughts and God bless you and ALL your loved-ones..
