I still haven't read that book! But yes, our forests here are wild and daunting. But they have a great beauty in them. I've wanted for a long time now to stroll through those cedar forests in Lebanon. It was actually reading about the cedar of Lebanon that got me interested in growing trees.
The book was hard on me but I bravely finished it!! Oh and that is cool :) In my next US visit I will get you a little cedar tree with me and mail it to Canada :) well if you want!
