Bread in a pot





Well that turned out well. At least as far as looks are concerned. As for taste, we have yet to see.

    I'm more of a "no knead bread" baker myself, which feels lazy to admit. =P

  2. It tasted good, was moist and sweet - perhaps too sweet. I jigged around with a recipe I came across, using honey. There were no big air bubbles inside, which was disappointing. I probably needed to activate the yeast longer and let the dough rise longer.

    What kind of rising time do give to your no knead bread?
