The knife is my favourite part of this; the handle was especially nice to draw.
This drawing is probably the one still-life so far that has a real interaction between the objects, as the knife pictured was what I used to cut the apple. So, yes, there is indeed a story here. And the ending of the story is that I ate the apple afterwards.
